In December 2024, the number of trips of Bulgarian residents abroad was 727, 200, or 12% above the registered in December 2023. An increase in the trips with all observed purposes was registered, the National Statistical Institute said on Tuesday.
Bulgaria Issues 7-Year Government Bonds with Nominal Value of BGN 300 Mln
The Finance Ministry announced on Monday that it has issued 7-year government bonds denominated in Bulgarian lev, maturing on January 29, 2032, with an annual interest coupon of 3.25%. At the auction conducted on Monday, government bonds with a total nominal value of BGN 300 million were sold at a weighted average annual yield of 3.47%.
Food Safety Agency: Bulgaria Not Approved by China to Export Animals and Meat There
The products and animals included in China's import ban will not affect trade between the two countries, as Bulgaria has not been approved by China to export either meat and products of ruminants and poultry or live animals, the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BFSA) told BTA on Monday in connection with the information that China has banned imports of sheep, goat, even-toed ungulates and poultry from European, African and Asian countries due to fears of outbreaks of livestock diseases.
