Prosecutor General Instructs Prosecutors to Apply Gravest Pre-trial Measure in Deadly DUI Cases

Acting Prosecutor General Borislav Sarafov issued a position on Monday, saying that the prosecution service will be uncompromising towards all found to be driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. His statement followed Kyustendil District Court's Monday ruling to remand in custody a driver charged with intentionally causing death by driving while intoxicated and without a licence.

The Employment Agency is actively involved in the implementation of projects financed under the Human Resources Development Programme and the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, which promote digital literacy, upskilling and retraining of unemployed and employed people in the dynamically changing economic environment, said Ivelina Radevska-Stoimenova, Director of the Labor Bureau Directorate in Troyan and Apriltsi.
