As of January 4th, 2016 the Bulgarian branch of DB Schenker opens a Customer Services Center for air and ocean freight, which expands and complements the activities of the existing department, up to now specialized only for land transport.

Following its policy for continuously improving the quality and increasing its customer's satisfaction, over the past few years DB Schenker successfully has developed a Customer Services Center for land cargo. Highly qualified professionals respond to price requests and provide information on shipment’s status throughout the DB Schenker land network.
