Sofia, June 23 (BTA) - Seventy-nine Bulgarians have tested
positive for coronavirus in the past 24 hours, according to the
national Covid information portal Tuesday. A total of 2,776
people were tested.

The information is valid as of 00:900 hrs on June 23.

Eight new casualties and 97 complete recoveries were reported.

The new cases add up to a total of 3,984 since the start of the
pandemic. 1,606 of these are acitve cases and 2,171 are
recoveries.

The national Covid information system also shows that a total of
 364 medics have been infected since the start of the pandemic,
including six new cases.

The system erroneously reported 21 newly diagnozed medics
earlier in the day. NV/LN
