January 14 (BTA) - As of January 18, the Central Election
 Commission (CEC) will begin accepting documents for the
registration of parties and coalitions for participation in the
 local by-elections on February 28, 2021, the CEC said Thursday.
 To be elected are mayors of two municipalities and of ten
mayoralties.

The deadline for submitting applications is 5 pm local time on
January 23.
