May 7 (BTA) - The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in
Bulgaria reached 408,372 after 5,733 tests identified 545 new
infections on Thursday, according to data posted on
https://coronavirus.bg/ early on Friday. The test positivity
rate now stands at 9.51 per cent.

The active cases are 46,083. Currently, the hospitalized
patients number 6,138, including 587 in intensive care.

Another 594 COVID-19 patients have recovered over the last 24
hours, bringing the total to 345,489.

Twenty-seven fatalities were reported, and the death toll now
adds up to 16,800.

With 7,130 new inoculations over the last 24 hours, 884,254
persons in aggregate have been vaccinated against the
