Sofia, May 8 (BTA) - A total of 1,123 new COVID-19 cases were identified by 14,999 tests across the country on Friday, show data posted on www.coronavirus.bg.

The number of reported recoveries is 2,381.

A total of 5,885 patients were hospitalized, of whom 570 in intensive care. Eighty-six people have died.

The number of administered vaccine doses on Friday was 38,117, bringing the total doses administered so far to 922,371. MY
