May 13 (BTA) - The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in
Bulgaria reached 412,814 after 11,106 tests identified 651 new
infections on Wednesday, according to data posted on
https://coronavirus.bg/. The test positivity rate now stands at
5.92 per cent.

Sofia Region tops the list of new cases with 151 positive tests,
 followed by Plovdiv with 64 cases and Varna with 55.

The active cases are 38,515. Currently, the hospitalized
patients number 5,250, including 526 in intensive care.

The infected medical staff have reached 13,307.

Another 3,539 COVID-19 patients have recovered over the last 24
hours, bringing the total to 357,149.

With 46 new fatalities reported, the death toll now adds up to
17,150.

A total of 1,035,763 vaccine doses have been administered in
Bulgaria, of which 36,477 over the last 24 hours, and 362,322
people in aggregate have completed their vaccination cycle.
