June 25 (BTA) - The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in
 Bulgaria reached 421,401, after 9,649 tests identified 62 new
infections on Thursday, according to data posted on
https://coronavirus.bg/. The test positivity rate now stands at
slightly over 0.6 per cent.

Sofia City Region tops the list of new cases with 22 positive
tests, followed by Varna with 6 cases and Blagoevgrad with 4.

The active cases are 9,431. Currently, the hospitalized patients
 number 1,588, including 201 in intensive care.

The infected medical staff have reached 13,437 in aggregate,
including 3,854 doctors and 4,546.

Another 78 COVID-19 patients have recovered over the last 24
hours, bringing the total to 393,948.

Nine fatalities were reported, and the death toll now adds up to
 18,022.

With 14,241 new inoculations over the last 24 hours, 1,709,510
persons in aggregate have received a coronavirus vaccination so
