Greek Prime Minister Mitsotakis to Visit Bulgaria on Monday for Talks with Counterpart Petkov
December 19 (BTA) - Bulgarian Prime Minister Kiril Petkov will confer here on Monday with Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, who will pay his first visit to Bulgaria at the invitation of his counterpart, the Government Information Service reported on Sunday.
The two heads of government will have a one-to-one session at the Council of Ministers, followed by a plenary meeting between the two delegations.
The PMs will focus on the excellent bilateral relations and the opportunities to advance them even more actively. Regional topics of shared interests and topical issues on the European agenda will be discussed as well.
The Bulgarian delegation includes Deputy Prime Minister for EU Funds and Finance Minister Assen Vassilev, Foreign Minister Teodora Genchovska, and the Chief of the Prime Minister's Political Cabinet Lena Borislavova.
