PM Petkov Allocates Government's General Policy Coordination Functions

Sofia, January 5 (BTA) - Bulgarian Prime Minister Kiril Petkov has allocated the Government's general policy coordination functions and the interaction with executive authorities under the Council of Ministers, the Government Information Service said on Wednesday.

Deputy Prime Minister for EU Funds and Finance Minister Assen Vassilev will interact on behalf of the Government with the State Agency for Metrological and Technical Surveillance, the Commodity Exchanges and Wholesale Markets State Commission and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Deputy Prime Minister for Good Governance Kalina Konstantinova is in charge of the State e-Government Agency, the Archives State Agency, the National Evaluation and Accreditation Agency, the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training, the Public Enterprises and Control Agency, the Patent Office and the National Statistical Institute.

Prime Minister Kiril Petkov himself will monitor the operation of the State Agency for Refugees, the State Agency for Bulgarians Abroad, the State Agency Road Safety, the State Agency for Child Protection, the State Agency for Research and Innovation, the State Commission on Information Security, the State Agency State Reserve and Wartime Stock, the State Intelligence Agency, the State Agency for National Security, and the State Agency Technical Operations.
