Sofia, January 15 (BTA) - The Sofia Regional Health Inspectorate (SRHI) said here in a press release on Saturday that a number of MPs have been put into quarantine after being in contact with GERB MP Temenouzhka Petkova, who is hospitalized with COVID-19. The quarantined MPs include two from the Parliamentary Energy Committee, everyone who attended the Parliamentary Budget and Finance Committee's meeting, as well as those who were sitting in close proximity to Petkova in Parliament's debating chamber.

The press release comes in response to the increased interest about the quarantined persons who were in contact with Petkova. The MPs to be quarantined were identified by SRHI inspectors who reviewed video footage provided by the National Assembly, the SRHI said. MY
