Second Inauguration of President Rumen Radev to Be Held on January 22

January 18 (BTA) - The second inauguration of Rumen Radev and Iliana Iotova as President and Vice President of Bulgaria will be held in Sofia's Sveti Alexander Nevsky Square, starting at 11:00 a.m. on January 22, the Head of State's Press Secretariat said here on Tuesday.

Radev will honour the ceremonial guard of representative units of the three services in the Bulgarian Armed Forces: the Land Forces, Air Force and Navy and will deliver a speech. A twenty-one-gun salute will mark the commencement of Radev and Iotova's second term.

The President will lay a wreath at the Monument to the Unknown Soldier and will observe a minute of silence in memory of the fallen for the freedom of Bulgaria.

A line of guardsmen will receive President and Commander-in-Chief of the Bulgarian Armed Force Rumen Radev and Vice President Iliana Iotova at the main entrance to the President's Administration.
