Ethnographic Museum Holds Easter Egg Decoration Workshops

Sofia, April 5 (BTA) - The Institute of Ethnology and Folklore
Studies with the Ethnographic Museum at the Bulgarian Academy of
Sciences will hold Easter egg decoration workshops between
April 7 and 9.

Participants will be taught how to decorate eggs with wax in the
old traditions from the regions of Samokov, Ihtiman and
Velingrad.

On April 9 a Czech egg decorator will demonstrate traditional
Czech techniques for egg decoration.

Workshops will last for one hour and will accommodate 40
participants.
