U.S. Navy Funds Creation of Centre for Children with Disabilities in Bourgas

Bourgas, on the Black Sea, April 16 (BTA) - The U.S. Navy is
funding a project for the construction of a centre for children
with disabilities in the Bourgas Sea Garden, sources from the
City hall said. A procedure for the selection of contractor has
been opened.

The centre will be housed in the former army barracks in the Sea
 Garden which, after an overhaul, will become an accessible and
modern building offering proper care for children and youth with
 disabilities. The new centre will have special facilities for
various therapies and group sessions, a sensory room, rest and
recreation rooms.

The reconstruction of the building is expected to be completed a
 year after the agreement with the contractor is signed.
