Warm Weather Brings Dalmatian Pelicans to Sreburna Nature Reserve

Silistra, on the Danube, December 29 (BTA) - Dalmatian pelicans have appeared in the Sreburna Nature Reserve because of the warm weather, eye witnesses reported.

Officials from the Reserve confirmed the birds' arrival and explained that the pelicans are expected to leave because the weather will get colder.

Among the Reserve's year-round inhabitants are swans, Eurasian teal, coot.
