Eurobank Bulgaria AD Completes Acquisition of  Alpha Bank Bulgaria


Sofia, March 1 (BTA) - Eurobank Bulgaria AD (PostBank) completed Tuesday the acquisition of Alpha Bank Bulgaria, sources from Eurobank said. The terms of the acquisition were not revealed.

The two banks will operate under the name PostBank. The operational merging will be done in stages. The operational systems, products and services of Alpha Bank, including the online banking platform, will be reworked to become the same as those of PostBank.
