Launched


Sofia, January 18 (BTA) - A Swedish-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce (SweCham Bulgaria) was launched here on Thursday.

The opening was attended by Bulgarian Deputy Economy Minister Liliya Ivanova, Swedish Ambassador here Louise Bergholm, SweCham Bulgaria Chairman Stefan Bengtsson and Swedish business representatives.

Deputy Economy Minister Liliya Ivanova said that in the past two years, Swedish investments in Bulgaria grew significantly but still fall short of their potential. In January-October 2018 bilateral trade exceeded 300 million euro, SweCham said.

Ambassador Bergholm said she was proud of the strong representation of Swedish businesses in Bulgaria. RY/PP
