August 11 (BTA) - The Board of Directors of the National Palace of Culture (NDK) convention centre has decided to submit its resignation to the Culture Minister, NDK's press office said on Tuesday.


Chairman Borislav Velkov, Executive Director Angel Mitev and Board member Krassimir Petkov thank their colleagues and the NDK's team without giving reasons for their decision.

"The key thing is that we established a new management culture, guided only by the interests, prosperity and the reputation of NDK as the largest congress and cultural centre in Bulgaria, which hosted some of the most significant congress and cultural events in Bulgaria's latest history," the press release says.
