Bulgaria's National Tourism Board Proposes Creation of Common Tourism Product with Republic of North Macedonia
January 10 (BTA) - Bulgaria's National Tourism Board
(NTB) has sent letters to Prime Minister Kiril Petkov and
Tourism Minister Hristo Prodanov, insisting that a common
tourism product with the Republic of North Macedonia should be
created and additional tourism-support measures should be
implemented, NTB said here on Monday.
NTB Executive Director Polina Karastoyanova stressed that the
organization remains ready to hold a working meeting and
cooperate with the Bulgarian institutions in all fields of
tourism, but currently wants specific attention to be drawn to a
few "extremely important subjects".
NTB proposes to participate in the forthcoming bilateral
negotiations with the Republic of North Macedonia in view of
creating a common tourism product, thus achieving maximum
partnership potential and encouraging investments. LN/KK
